Agricultural machinery and steam engine manufacturer in York, Pennsylvania, founded in 1889. Black employees complained that they were denied membership by Machinists Union and denied upgrading by company because of pressure by union. Acquired in 1952 by Oliver Farm Equipment Company and subsequently ceased to exist.
